WakeCue is a mobile application that provides AI-generated and personalized wake-up experiences, including alarm scheduling, weather briefings, optional calendar-based context, motivational or informational content, and related features. Certain features may require internet access, user permissions, or available service capacity.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update such information if it changes. You are solely responsible for any activity occurring through your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WakeCue only for lawful and intended purposes. You must not misuse the service, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity or other users, abusing automated systems, reverse engineering the app, or using the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
AI-Generated Content and Accuracy
WakeCue provides AI-generated content for informational, motivational, and convenience purposes only. While we strive to provide relevant and timely information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of weather data, calendar interpretations, or generated messages. You acknowledge that such content should not be relied upon for critical decisions and should be independently verified where necessary.
Advertising, Tokens, and In-App Features
WakeCue may include advertising, token-based features, or optional in-app incentives. Availability and behavior of these features may vary based on region, usage limits, or technical conditions. Tokens and in-app benefits have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued as part of service updates.

Termination and Suspension
